Description

I am seeking permission to remove one Western Red Cedar. The tree has become oversized for its current location, causing significant overshadowing. Its removal is requested to facilitate the installation of a garden outbuilding (sauna/games room) which will incorporate roof-mounted solar panels. The tree s current position would severely obstruct sunlight, compromising the efficiency of this renewable energy source. Removal will also allow for the restoration of a clear landscape line along the existing boundary wall.
