PROPOSAL FOR MAINTENANCE OF MAGNOLIA TREE IN GARDEN OF 27 ST ANDREWS ROAD HENLEY-ON-THAMES RG9 1HY Proposal is to remove topmost branches which extends about 2-3 metres above the other branches from a magnolia tree in the garden of 27 St Andrews Road Henley-on-Thames RG9 1HY. The tree is estimated to be approx. 60 years old and requires upper branches to be trimmed back. They are now extending up to the level of the roof is some places and have become inter-twined with a Wisteria in the garden. The proposal is for the upper branches to be trimmed back to maintain the overall oval shape of the trees main branches. The tree is in good health condition. This tree is not subject to a tree preservation order.
