Description

There is a row of mature Yew trees on the western border of the property together with a mature Yew tree on the eastern border with the site owned by Chris Baylis for which he has recently received planning consent for the construction of a dwelling. The works are periodic pruning of up to 1.0m back to the the level of the last pruning which is believed to have been in 2020/21. The works will also involve the removal of ivy and vines which have attached themselves to the Yew trees. The works are likely to be carried out in conjunction with works to Yew trees in the grounds of Castle Lane House for which a separate application has been submitted my Andrew Harper, the owner of that property.
