Description

The works propose replacing the existing non-original shopfront with a heritage-appropriate design that mirrors the original layout, retains historic details, and adds a new double door for improved access, while keeping the overall size and proportions unchanged. New louvres will be installed within the existing rear door opening, and the rear step will be removed through the installation of compliant heritage-style double doors. Updated aluminium signage will be installed, including the refurbishment of the existing projecting sign, which will remain in its original ground-floor position.
