T1 Willow Carry out heavy weight reduction to favour weight distribution away from the public footpath. Retention of some habitat features where possible along riverside corridor. T5 Willow & Sycamore Remove multiple previously pruned stems that grow towards the property to points of previous punning. Approximately 1.2m from ground level. Stems that do not pose a threat to the property will be left. T6 Hawthorn. In contact with x2 BT & x1 sheathed bundled LV cable. Remove to approximately 500cm from ground level. T7 Willow Selective removal of larger lateral regrowth branches that are growing towards the property. The tree has been heavily reduced, as a result some regrowth displays signs of an increased likelihood to failure. T8 Willow Remove failing stem resting in Ash to point of origin. T9 Ash Remove significant deadwood & stabilise x1 dead limb over tributary.
