T1 Ash: Remove tree to bifurcation point at approx. 1.0m from ground level. Tree bifurcates at approximately 1 meter from ground level. Union is assessed as stable. The tree has recently lost to secondary branches. The tree has previously been heavily reduced with long re-growth particularly over Burrows Hill Road, with some branches in contact with overhead services. These include x3 BT and times one bundled LV sheathed cable. Some branches in contact with BT line pressing downwardly on the BT line causing pressure and likely abrasion issues to BT line sheathing. One branch is particularly is particularly exposed & is overhanging the roof line of neighbouring property. This has a higher likelihood of failure due to slenderness ratio, end weight & wind load exposure.
