Description

T1 Horse Chestnut - Reduce the two largest lower limbs by up to 3 metres, then reduce the remainder of the overhanging crown by up to 1.75 metres. T2 Hazel - Remove the two lateral limbs back to a suitable branch junction near the previous coppice. G4 Beech x3 - Crown lift over the driveway to a hight of 4 meters above ground level. Reasons for works: The works are planned as part of a wider garden tidy-up project. The proposed limb reductions on the Horse Chestnut are slightly larger than ideal; however, the limbs are significantly over-extended into a small garden and are negatively affecting light levels. The reduction will help to bring the tree back into a more balanced and appropriately shaped form while addressing the existing imbalance and improving overall light penetration.
