Non-material amendment to application P20/S4693/FUL - the amendment seeks to regularise minor design changes arising from technical design development, including the removal of rooflights, additional photovoltaic panels to achieve net-zero carbon, and minor adjustments to window sizes and alignments. It also resolves inconsistencies and superseded information within the approved submission resulting from the relocation of the main site entrance and discrepancies between consultant drawing revisions. The updated drawing register identifies all drawings to be superseded and their replacements to ensure consistency across the approved set.
