Removal of a Cedar tree and its roots in front driveway as too big for location and poor amenity value. Problems with roots making driveway and footway very uneven and Cedar needles getting into car radiator intakes, also base of windscreens blocking air intake for cabin areas in cars & also blocking drainage from that area. Request not to replant as do not want repetition.
