Description

Conversion of existing curtilage listed coach house to form new self-build residential unit and erection of outbuilding to serve the new dwelling and a new boundary between the dwellings. Formation of new vehicular access and erection of outbuilding and new sewage treatment plant to serve the existing dwelling.
