Description

Alterations are proposed to the existing window and door openings. On the front elevation, the garage door will be replaced with a slightly smaller sliding doors in a similar material. To the rear, the existing window will be adapted to form a set of French doors, the current single door will be replaced with a window, and the door to the sewing room behind will be removed. Internal works will include new partitions, insulation, replacement access stairs, and construction of an en-suite. Externally, the rear elevations facing the garden will be rendered to match the existing finish on the front elevation. There will remain the same parking provision on site.
