Description

Alterations are proposed to the existing window and door openings. On the front elevation, the garage door will be replaced with a slightly smaller sliding doors in a similar material. To the rear, the existing window will be replaced with a like-for-like replacement in the existing opening, the current single door will be replaced with a window, and the door to the sewing room behind will be removed. Internal works will include new partitions, insulation, replacement access stairs, and construction of an en-suite. There will remain the same parking provision on site.
