Non-material amendment on planning application P23/S3822/FUL (Replacement of existing grain storage building to provide accommodation for artists and creatives visiting Littlestoke Manor farm. Provision of bin and bike storage, amenity space, parking and landscaping). The following changes are requested: (i) window & cladding colour changed to anthracite grey from graphite black (ii) window size & positioning amended (iii) roof lights removed (iv) wood burner & flue repositioned (v) amended internal arrangement. All are proposed to better reflect the construction requirements and the removal of bedroom 2 in favour of an open galleried landing.
