He has surveyed the tree and advises that the co-dependent stem needs to be removed, the crown needs trimming and branches overhanging on to the next property in Farmhouse Mews need to be cut back*. *The extent of the proposed pruning would be to reduce the crown height by 3 metres and the lateral spread by 2 metres, back to suitable growth points.
