T2 - Horse Chestnut adjacent to lane to remove to ground level - tree has been in decline for some years, with little vitality now left in upper crown, colonisation by Polyporous Squamosus at approximately 10m above ground level and is inclined towards lane. T3 - Horse Chestnut to reduce height and lateral spread by 4-5m leaving a balanced and more compact crown profile. - Tree has a significant area of decay/dysfunction at approximately 1-2m above ground level, but reasonably good crown vitality/density. Reduction is to mitigate risk of failure due to proximity to overhead services and lane.
