Description

See TPO 187/2009. The tree in question is a Lawson Cypress adjoining T13 on plan, close to the footpath, and in line with T9. As previously advised this is a dual trunked conifer, which shed a large branch over the winter, shed further boughs over a four day period, leaving a large exposed area on the eastern side, and showing that there were cracks and damage to further boughs. Given the age of the tree, and the amount of damage now sustained, we consulted our arboriculturist, whose report recommends that the tree is removed in its entirety, and replaced.
