Description

Remove third of pitched slate roof and flat roofing felt, and various drain pipes (plastic) , and install new wall plates, joists, insulation and ply. Cover with rubber membrane. All done to structural engineer design to meet thermal requirements, also to allow a provision of access (subject to French doors included in a separate application).
