Application Details
Description
T1 - Larch Pine (appears to be dead and has previously partially fallen). I request to remove this tree as it is a health and safety issue as dead branches are falling off. It appears to have been partially felled by the previous owner or council as I believe part of the Larch Pine fell in the road. I do not wish to replace this tree as it may be causing structural problems like the other trees in question. T2 - Larch Pine - I request to remove this tree as it is causing a number of structural problems with Larch House, please see attached structural report detailing this. I do not wish to replace with another tree as this will cause the same structural problems at Larch House in the long term. T3 - Larch Pine - I request to remove this tree as it is lifting the driveway preventing the garage door from closing along with causing structural problems detailed in the attached report. I do not wish to replace this tree for the above reasons. A new native species hedgerow is proposed to the front elevation of the property.
