Remove the dead wood and crown raise the tree over the hedge by removing 1.5m from branch tips over the adjacent hedge. (TPO ref: T10) Remove the dead wood from two fir trees and one cedar adjacent to the house on the front driveway* Prune the branches back from the fir tree (T10) adjacent to the house to give 2m clearance of the building removing no more than 1.5m from branch tips.
