Description

I am writing to request permission to remove the silver birch located on the sketch provided and labelled as T2. The primary reason for this request is due to significant obstruction of natural light. The tree has grown considerably, resulting in reduced sunlight reaching my property, which affects both my indoor lighting and outdoor living spaces. It is also showing some signs of decay in the top layers and has bark inclusion in the top third between two main stems. Due to the size of our garden we don t have an option to plant another large tree species in it s place.
