Description

The tree is identified in the Tree Survey labeled as 2. The tree is a weeping willow (Salix babylonica). The girth at 1.5m is 3.2m The proposed works is to reduce the crown by approximately 6m to remove very long limbs which are prone to breakage. The reduction will take the limbs back to the original nodes where the new growth has come from. The reduction is needed as there is a risk of a limb breaking and falling into the road or the garden. Two lower limbs that obscure vision for cars turning out of the side road onto the main road to be removed. We would like to complete the works during this winter.
