T2 - Elm - reduce height and lateral spread by no more than 1.5m on road side. T3 - Plum - reduce height and lateral spread by no more than 1.5m on road side. T4 - Plum - reduce height and lateral spread by no more than 1.5m on road side. T5 - Plum - reduce height and lateral spread by no more than 1.5m on road side. T6 - Plum - reduce height and lateral spread by no more than 1.5m on road side. T7 - Plum - reduce height and lateral spread by no more than 1.5m on road side. T8 - Plum - reduce height and lateral spread by no more than 1.5m on road side. T9 - Plum - reduce height and lateral spread by no more than 1.5m on road side. T10 - Plum - reduce height and lateral spread by no more than 1.5m on road side. T11 - Cherry - reduce height and lateral spread by no more than 1.5m on road side. T12 Willow - repollard back to previous points, reducing the height of approximately 4m and width of 6m. Summary:A number of trees on the southwest border of The Orchard, The Barn, Main Road, Little Wittenham, OX14 4RA and the Main Road overhang the road when in full leaf. It is required to remove a small number of twigs and small branches to prevent a possible danger to road users and pedestrians. No tree with a diameter of more than 140mm at 1.5m will be touched to achieve this. All cuts to the proposed trees will be above 2m and will only require minimal branch/twig removal. The attached Map shows the location of The Orchard, the attached Plan shows the location of each relevant tree and the List of trees provides a short description of each tree identified by its corresponding number on the Plan. A detailed application stating what is required and why is also attached as are photographs of all trees that form this request.
