T1 - Sycamore: Observations: This large Sycamore dominates the residential garden where it is located, and would benefit from general management. The tree has grown significantly for it s location, and is beginning to encroach on our clients neighbours property, who have reported failing branches in areas where their children play. The tree also overhangs the boundary fence, onto a public footpath, which should the Sycamore continue to have failing branches then would cause a ProW health and safety risk. The recommended works are for general maintenance. Recommendations: Crown reduction - reducing the height by 1 metre and the spread of the tree by up to 2 metres to balance and shape. Crown lift to 6 metres.
