Description

T1 Walnut to raise canopy to give 2.5m clearance from roof and shorten two low limbs along line of wall by 2-2.5m. T2 Quince to dismantle in sections to as close to ground level as practicable and grind stump to 250-300mm below ground level. Reason for removal: Planning Permission Ref from South Oxfordshire -P23/S0549/HH dated 31/3/23. Permission includes a rear kitchen extension which will be too close to the Quince, and a rear soakaway is also included in the plans extending into the rear garden. T3 Sorbus to reduce sides by 0.75-1m and reduce top by 2-2.5m leaving canopy spread of 5m and height of 7m to bring tree into scale with surroundings.
