Description

It is proposed to carry out a phase of conservation works to the building including: re-covering of spire roof using slates salvaged from existing and new code 5 lead, renewal of leadwork covering box gutter using code 8 lead. Repair of slipped or damaged tiles to nave, porch and chancel roof coverings. Cleaning and conservation of masonry. Replacement of damaged apex stone finial. Resetting of coping stones including introduction of a wall head DPC. Copperas wash to stonework. Installation of an air dam. Repair and redecoration of timber doors.
