Description

T1 Acacia on frontage - Tree has a low canopy over the footway. Multiple included unions including the main union at approximately 1m above ground level with a subdominant stem leaning towards the property. There is ivy developing on the main stem and a sycamore sapling developing front within the union. Minor deadwood in the canopy. To raise canopy all round to approximately 2.5-3m to improve light ingress and to lift branches away from footpath. To also reduce canopy by 1-1.5m to mitigate against wind loading, maintaining a balanced and flowing crown outline. The spread of the tree would be reduced from 11m east-west to 9m, and from 7m to broadly 6m north-south.
