Description

Tree one - Conference Pear tree Growing in the middle of the lawn To reduce the top by 1-1.5m leaving a finish height of approximately 8.5m and reduce the over-extended side sections by up to 1.5m leaving a canopy spread of 5m. Works are to bring the tree back into scale with its surroundings and develop a more balanced shape. No pruning cuts to be larger than 60mm in diameter. Tree two - Prunus sp. tree Growing immediately adjacent to the boundary wall (which is 3m high on the neighbour s side). The tree appears to be coppice regeneration and is declining with a series of Ganoderma Sp brackets at the base. The tree stems and root plate are contributing to the displacement of the wall which has a marked lean to the north. It is recommend that the tree is removed and the stump treated to inhibit regeneration and therefore further damage to the wall.
