Amend Condition 6 to read: "Prior to any works of construction above foundation level, a full surface water drainage scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved" Amend Condition 7 to read: "Prior to any works of construction above foundation level, a full foul water drainage scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
