Description

T14 Yew, T15 Yew, T16 Elm, T17 lime, T30 Yew, T32 Yew, T33 Yew and T49 Yew, - Fell to ground level TG2 - Leylandii T13 Horse Chestnut - Re pollard to previous pollard points, retaining knuckle (amounts to approximately 3m of crown height). Consent has been granted for this work under P23/S0362/HH (Decision notice and tree survey report attached) however, Condition 6 of the planning permission prevents works being carried out to the trees until an Arboricultural Method Statement and Tree Protection Plan is provided and approved (prior to commencement of development works). This document cannot be provided until the Architects and Engineers have undertaken more detailed work (which could be 6 months to a year away from being completed). Therefore, in order to help the site clearance, it would be useful if the trees to be removed were felled sooner rather than later - and especially before the 2025 Nesting Season. Hence the submission of this Tree Work Notification.
