Description

T1 - Ash - Fell to ground level and plant a replacement further away from the boundary fence. Crown is now showing signs of decline with significant tip dieback, thinning foliage and deadwood. On further inspection two large decay pockets were discovered with the probe sinking 80cm into them, under the rootplate. Given its close proximity to the adjacent property, it is recommended that this tree is removed. T2 - Hornbeam and T3 - Field Maple - Remove and plant replacements further away from the boundary. These are two small stems which appear to be remnants of a hedgerow. Their crowns are asymmetric and biased to the west over the boundary fence into the adjacent property. They are too close together to be of any merit as they mature.
