The Larch is too close to the house, both owner and neighbour would like it removed because it s filling the guttering regularly with needles. It s also blocking the drains on a regular basis with the needles. Customer and neighbour have fears over the structural impact on the houses. The Larch creates an excessive amount of shade, it s got a very low amenity value and is far too big for its location. Request to remove and replacement plant.
