Description

My neighbour at 29 Park Street has asked me to reduce the size of a (1) Mediterranean Cypress on my property which is adjacent to his fence and it is significantly reducing the light to his garden. So, I am requesting permission to reduce the height of the Mediterranean Cypress by roughly 1.5 metres and to slightly reduce its width. At 1.5m high, the cypress trunk has a circumference of 52 cm. I am also requesting permission to prune and thin a (2) Lawson s Cypress which at 1.5 m high, has a trunk circumference of 68 cm. (15% crown thin to the overall lateral volume to allow more light through - no reduction in height). And prune and thin a (3) Yew Tree, which at 1.5 m high, has a trunk circumference of 96 cm. (15% crown thin to the overall lateral volume to allow more light through - no reduction in height).
