Description

Please refer to the attached tree survey and tree location map. The only differing work spec was the requested reduction of T01- Horse chestnut by 1.5-2m of height and lateral spread. The tree is overhanging the road and would benefit from cyclical reduction work to maintain its height and spread in the space allocated. (T01) Horse Chestnut Crown reduce 1.5-2m height and lateral spread. Clear the epicormic growth from the main stem to allow for a clear basal inspection. (T02) Horse chestnut - Pollard the tree back to the previous, most recent points of pruning removing approx. 3m of re-growth. (T03) Yew - trim both sides (using hedge trimmers) by approx. 0.5m to maintain as a compact specimen. (T04) Yew - trim back regrowth away from the neighbouring roof to the east by 0.5-1m. (T05) - Yew - none at time of survey. (T06) - Amelanchier spp. - none at time of survey. (T07) - Crab Apple - none at time of survey.
