Description

There is no intention to do any work on the tree identified in TPO 16S01-G2-01/2016 . There will be no direct impact on the tree. The application is because it is intended to construct and place a garden room into the rear garden of 7 Ash Hurst. The TPO d tree is just over 1 metre in diameter at breast height and the closest location of the garden room is 8 metres from the trunk of the tree, encroaching into the root protection zone of the tree. The company providing the garden room make use of a piling method to protect the tree s roots. A copy of this method has been included in this application. A tree protection plan has been produced by Tree Frontiers to address the construction process and this has also been included in this application.
