Good afternoon. One of your tree inspectors attended our property yesterday and we discussed 3 spruce trees in the front garden of 6 Oakdene. The tree nearest the road is T1, the one in the middle is T2 and the one nearest the house, T3. T2 was identified as dead and verbal consent was given for it to be removed. Given the close position of the other 2 trees, it was confirmed not necessary to replant a like for like tree. T1 needs lower branches removing to allow pedestrians to walk on the pavement and vehicles to pass by and we ask that we can remove branches to give 3 metres clearance from the pavement. T3 is within 30cm of touching our house at various points. We would like to reduce it, so that there is 2m clearance from the house.
