Description

T1 - Silver Birch; Observations; This large tree is located within close proximity to the clients property, which has a thatched roof. The tree is tall, and also has a wide spread which is encroaching on the properties roof. The clients would like to reduce this tree for maintenance as it has currently outgrown its current location. Recommendations; Crown reduction - reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. T2 - Acacia; Observations; This tree lost a co dominant stem during winter due to the storms, and has been left with a large scar which has left the tree unstable. Due to the tree now being heavy on one side, it s leaning towards the clients garage. Should the tree fail it will cause damage, and potentially a health and safety risk. Recommendations; Top tree to below large scar from co dominant stem failure. T3 - Silver Birch; Observations; Another tall Silver Birch with a wide spread which is encroaching on the clients garage roof from the other side. The client would like to cut back the over hanging branches for maintenance and to limit any damage to his garage roof. Recommendations; Neighbours tree, remove overhanging branches.
