Description

The tree s proximity to the house is causing damage to the foundations and as a large proportion of the tree is on/over the thatch it is causing damage to the thatch. We believe that for safety reasons and to prevent further damage to the house we are proposing that the tree is taken down. A whole crown reduction would not be enough to provide sufficient clearance of the property. We will of course use a suitably qualified tree surgeon to do this. We have already contacted an arborists to assess and advise. Our aim will be to replace this tree with another tree that is at a safe distance from the house. On the attached plan the tree is marked T1. The tree is a European beech tree.
