Description

Without planning permission, and sited on the Land in the indicative positions shown on plan 2 attached to this notice ("Plan 2"), the undertaking of operational development comprising of: (i) the erection of a wooden shed building coloured green on Plan 2 with a pergola attached to the wooden shed building as shown edged green and within the Land edged orange on Plan 2 (ii) the erection of a compost toilet and its building shown coloured pink on the Plan 2, (iii) the extension of an existing stone building shown coloured brown on Plan 2; (iv) the erection of fencing shown coloured blue on Plan 2; (v) the levelling of land and laying of gravel to create an area of hardstanding as shown hatched on Plan 2; and (vi) landscaping works including the levelling of land, creation of concrete hardstanding, raised beds, erection of steps and retaining features within the area edged orange on Plan 2.
