Description

This application relates to the a Horse Chestnut tree directly outside my house on the grass verge. (TPO T11) The tree was diseased and a bout of high winds towards the end of last year caused the tree to crack at the top of the trunk and the boughs / branches to fall to the ground, probably due to the trunk no longer being able to sustain their considerable weight. Photos will be sent showing what is left of the tree trunk. This application is therefore to reduce and remove the remaining trunk.
