Non-material amendment on planning application P22/S1541/FUL (variation of condition 3 on application P20/S4360/FUL - to extend the time limiting restriction of the operational life of the proposed development from 35 to 40 years resolving the discrepancy between condition 3 and condition 19) - to adjust details of the access track, fencing, access gate, elevational details of fixed solar arrays, standalone transformers, BESS facility and substation area in order to bring the design in line with the most up to date technology to ensure maximum efficiency of the proposed development and associated electricity generation.
