Description

As part of full replacement of windows and frames (now to be anthracite grey in colour - currently brown), front door and removal of existing lean to: - removal of dinning room window and wall below, at rear of property - 120cm x 120cm; and replace with french doors of 120cm x 210cm - removal of back door - 90cm x 210cm; and replace with widow 90cm x 120cm, with required brickwork - using existing bricks for required brickwork - French doors and window to be with plain glass - replacement of 3 remaining windows at rear of property - changes to existing casement windows, to be that they will all now have fanlight windows in addition - replacement of all casement windows at front of property, to now all have fanlights, with internal Georgian bars. All to have clear glass, except for the en-suite window, which will be opaque glass - current wooden front door (currently white in colour) and frame (currently brown in colour) to be replaced with an anthracite frame and a red composite door. This door to be in the same style as current.
