T2 - Willow - Observations: This is a well established tree set among an area with numerous other large trees, which hang over the river. The area is well walked, and often has children playing in its surroundings. It has several large splits within large limbs, as well as a tears at all major unions. The tree is in an overall unhealthy condition and poses a health and safety risk. Recommendations: Remove limbs with large splits for health and safety, top tree to just below large tear to reduce weight in the crown and prevent future failure. Dead wooding will also be conducted to promote good maintenance and remove the risk of large dead limbs falling.
