Description

Oak - 5 metre lateral spread reduction from house side only. The branches are overhanging property causing concern to owners house. This tree was subject to approval in 2015 as explained to us by the Forestry department (53H07-1939). When we purchased the house in April 2024, the survey raised concern over this tree as it it leaning again our fence towards the house. We have been in touch with an Arborist and he has advised accordingly. Debris from tree falling onto orangery including leaf fall and acorns.
