Description

T1 - Willow pollard - re-pollard when the ground is drier. Use the tracked chipper and leave the woodchip on site. T2 - Large Ash - sever the ivy at the base taking a 1m strip all round and remove major deadwood. T3 - Leaning young Poplar tangled up with an Elm - fell both in sections to near ground level. T4 - Large Native Black Poplar - remove major deadwood and fell the dead Elm 4m towards the Berrick Prior road sign. T5 - Large Ash - remove major deadwood and reduce back the overhanging branches over the road by 4m. Caution HV lines the other side of the road. T6 - Group of 3x ivy clad Ash trees - sever the ivy at the base taking a 1m strip all round. Remove major deadwood and lift the crowns over the highway to ensure that a 5.5m ground clearance is made. T7 - 2x ivy clad Sycamore - sever the ivy at the base taking a 1m strip all round. T8 - Large Hazel coppice - cut back off the road and remove snapped hanging branch. T9 - Large ivy clad Ash - sever the ivy at the base taking a 1m strip all round.
