Description

We want to remove 2 Yew trees from our rear garden that borders our rear neighbour. The trees have become overgrown due to a lack of maintenance from the previous owner and overhang onto the other property as well as creating shade to other trees, including what looks to be a specimen tree planted during the previous owner s reshaping of the garden. After initially thinking of heavily pruning we now believe that it will be more suitable to remove them completely and replace them with young apple trees to create a small orchard and expose the original wall which is hidden by both Yews, which is more in keeping with the garden and also help to protect the boundary wall. They do not have TPOs to our knowledge.
