Following a subsidence survey: T1 Walnut - To reduce height by 1/1.5m and side limbs by 0.75/1m to maintain tree in scale with surroundings to prevent further damage to front retaining wall. T2 Oak - To reduce height by 0.75/1m and side limbs by 500/750mm to maintain tree in scale with surroundings to prevent further damage to front retaining wall T11 Beech - To raise canopy to approximately 3m to improve light ingress. T12 Spruce - In line with survey recommendations to remove tree to allow Beech, T11, to flourish.
