Non material amendment to application P21/S4699/FUL (Construction of new two form entry, single storey primary school, comprising of 14 classrooms and a 30 place nursery together with supporting teaching and staff space, associated playground, sports field, landscaping, access and parking) - to build the school at a smaller footprint (2 classrooms smaller) - 1.5FE rather than 2FE with the ability to build the permitted 2 additional classrooms at a later date. Changes to landscaping - artificial sports pitch and running track surface replaced with natural grass soft sports area. Amendment to the plant / cycle shelter / bin store enclosure. Increase in solar PV arrangement. Omission of certain canopies. Minor amendment to main entrance canopy.
