Mature Oak Tree (TPO) in back garden of 10 New Road - trunk of tree approx 4.5 metres from back of house Minimum work requested: raise crown by 2 metres and give 2 metre clearance from buildings - my house, neighbours house, outside office. A trusted, qualified tree surgeon has visited the property and given advice. Tree branches are over the lower level roof of the house and hitting and resting on second floor guttering all year round, tree sheds dead large twigs (all year round) and vast quantity of leaves causing a large amount of tree debris collecting on lower and upper roof and blocking guttering, autumn shedding weight causing particular issues and now causing damage. Tree over house and small back garden also greatly restricts light, supporting growth of slime and moss on all hard standing directly around property. Branches also over boundary of neighbours property, very close to their roof (bungalow). Removal of dead wood.
