Description

T1 Common Lime Tree Large historically pollarded tree in courtyard area. Tree is in very close proximity to building wall. Large dead stems with in main crown, with large pockets of decay present in old pruning wounds. Large pocket of decay present in main fork at 3.5 metres. Roots are causing disruption to concrete at base of tree and building foundation. Tree is considered in decline and unsuitable for location. Fell tree to ground level in sections using aerial rigging techniques. Reason for recommended works Health & Safety due to location and good arboricultural practices.
