Pursuant to a previous grant of planning submission P22/S4442/HH for Sheep Cottage (Demolish existing flank attached garage extension and rear conservatory. Proposed two storey flank extension with wrap around single storey rear projection - as amended by plan received 2023-01-26 to remove proposed detached garage). This proposed application seeks to expand on the permitted with the following changes: an additional 3m rear projection to the permitted garden room area, omission of three flank windows, and associated rear landscaping amendments.
