Group of three trees forming communal crown. Two of which are mature Sycamores both displaying fair vitality with good structural form. The third tree is an Ash tree (T1), currently with fair vitality and fair structural form. There is evidence through extension growth that this Ash is infected with ash die back. The tree is twin stemmed from ground level and inclines away from the group towards the property below. The aspect of this tree is elevated in comparison to the property below. The consequences of failure of T1 would be significant. T1 Ash: Dismantle in sections as close to ground level as possible.
